Cullross delivered 150 new homes and a new HQ for Dunbritton Housing Association. This site is prominent within the town centre of Dumbarton and is in fact the former site of Ballantine’s Distillery. We are delighted that this site is now complete and has been handed over to our clients.

Cullross are delivering 45 new homes on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Council. These homes will be owned and let by the council and play an important role in addressing demand for affordable housing within Dumbarton.
This riverside site will provide excellent frontage to the marina area and views over to the rock and castle.
The site is due to be handed over to West Dunbartonshire Council in Autumn 2021.
