Cullross have secured this brownfield site from Capability Scotland. A site which they have declared surplus to requirements during a recent service review. The site will be developed with Hillcrest as our partners under a Development Agreement. The current proposals show 59 new homes, a significant contribution to the growing demand in our capital.
We have been working with Hillcrest and CEC to come up with a design proposal that sits well within its context and delivers high quality and affordable homes.
It is hoped that we will start on site during the autumn of 2016.
