FORMER MAXWELLTOWN WORKS,
DUNDEE

Cullross and Caledonia Housing Association worked together to regenerate the site of the former Maxwelltown Works in the Hilltown area of Dundee.

Previously a derelict industrial building and local eye-sore, the site has provided 57 affordable rent and low-cost home ownership properties. There are 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses within the development. 

 

Despite the impact of covid 19, we are thrilled that this site is now complete and was handed over to our clients in May 2021.
