We’re delighted to announce the handover of the first properties at our Strathmartine Hospital site in partnership with Hillcrest Homes.
This development will provide 28 affordable 2-bed and 3-bed homes, including six fully accessible units. Built with a "fabric-first" approach and featuring MEV systems for heating and hot water, these homes are designed to minimise energy consumption, reduce costs, and lower carbon emissions.
The remaining units are progressing well and on track for completion in the coming months. We look forward to welcoming more residents soon!
