We're pleased to share a progress update from our Newcraighall development, where works continue to advance well on site.
The substructure and concrete slabs are now complete for Blocks 1, 2, and 3, forming the foundations for this exciting new community. Steel cores and stairs have been installed to Block 1 and are nearing completion on Blocks 2 and 3, with final works due to wrap up this week.
The timber kit installation is now underway on Block 1, and scaffolding erection is progressing well across Blocks 1 and 2. In parallel, road construction and drainage installation are also ongoing, contributing to the infrastructure that will support the wider development.
Meanwhile, progress on Phase 2 has also begun, with topsoil stripping complete, blocks now pegged out, and foundation excavation for Block 15 commencing imminently.
It’s fantastic to see the site taking shape, and we look forward to sharing further updates as construction continues.
